The Jacksonville Jaguars will face the Denver Broncos in Week 16. Vice president of football operations Tony Boselli (probably) called it the most important game of the season, as he does for every matchup every week. And while it may not alter the course of the franchise, it will most definitely have huge implications.

If the Jags leave Mile High with a win, they'll secure a playoff spot. On top of that, their odds of seizing the No. 1 seed in the conference will go up. Then again, the Broncos won't just let Jacksonville walk over them. They're one of the top teams in the whole AFC, and their defense could make things difficult for Trevor Lawrence and co.

The good news is that the Jaguars are as healthy as they can be at this point in the season, and they'll enter the Denver game nearly at full strength. With this in mind, here's the final injury report for the game.

Josh Hines-Allen is a full go, but the Jaguars rule out Danny Striggow

The Jaguars have already ruled out defensive end Danny Striggow and running back Bhayshul Tuten for the Broncos game. This doesn't come as a surprise when you take into account that the former didn't practice all week long while the latter underwent finger surgery. Both of them left at some point during the win over the New York Jets.

Aside from Striggow and Tuten, rookie Jalen McLeod won't be available against the Broncos. His case is a bit different, though. He began the season on Injury Reserve, but his 21-day window to practice was just opened.

Like other players who've come from IR, the Jags have routinely opened their practice window and have them practice for a week before activating them on the roster. This is a long-winded way to say that the rookie out of Auburn could make his debut against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 17.

Apart from those three, the rest of the players who popped up on the injury report will be available against Denver. That includes Josh Hines-Allen (shoulder), Travon Walker (knee), and Arik Armstead (hand).

The Jaguars will need Josh Hines-Allen and the pass rush to step up vs. Bo Nix

The Broncos have one of the toughest defenses in the whole league, but the Jaguars must also account for quarterback Bo Nix if they want to win their sixth game in a row. Before the game, head coach Liam Coen heaped praise on the sophomore signal-caller, noting that he's got a penchant for extending plays.

That's where Josh Hines-Allen and Travon Walker come in. The pass rush duo will need to contain the edge and prevent Nix from taking off. Similarly, Arik Armstead will need to bring the heat inside and flush him out of the pocket. By doing so, the Jacksonville defensive front will give the secondary a chance to make plays.

Of course, it's easier said than done, but if the Jaguars put an emphasis on fundamentals and avoid committing as many penalties as possible (maybe a big ask), they could definitely trounce the Broncos. They have no excuse, knowing they will go into the game with virtually all hands on deck.
