The Jacksonville Jaguars may not have a general manager yet, but whoever does end up taking this job will be able to put their stamp on a promising roster. In a weak AFC South, the Jags' new GM should be able to supplement new head coach Liam Coen and quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

The Jaguars are in a very fertile proving ground for NFL talent in the heart of SEC country. There's a chance that the new GM uses all of their picks on players from the SEC, all while finding some great value with some of Jacksonville's premium picks.

The Jaguars could build a team capable of making some noise in Coen's first season, provided they follow the plan laid out in this post-Super Bowl 3-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft. Will the unnamed GM follow through on it?

Jacksonville Jaguars All-SEC 3-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft

Round 1, Pick 5: Will Campbell, OT, LSU

It seems increasingly unlikely that either Colorado's Travis Hunter or Penn State's Abdul Carter will be available at No. 5 overall. While a pair of Michigan Wolverines in defensive tackle Mason Graham and cornerback Will Johnson will be appealing, Campbell's combination of supreme technique and aggressive style make him an instant starter.

Protecting Trevor Lawrence should be the top priority for this franchise in the offseason, and the fact that Brandon Scherff keeps getting older could prompt the new regime to add a player like Campbell. A premium athlete who is clearly the best pass blocker in this class, Campbell has all the makings of a player who competes for Pro Bowls right away.

Round 2, Pick 36: Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky

The Jaguars spent two picks on defensive tackles in former LSU teammates Maason Smith and Jordan Jefferson last year, but neither of them played particularly well as a rookie. Walker is a mammoth tackle at 6-7 and over 340 pounds, which should help him eat up space in Anthony Campanile's defense.

Walker may never be a high-end pass rusher, but he may have more upside in that area than most lumbering tackles his size. Look for Walker to immediately leapfrog both Smith and Jefferson as a rookie due to his very rare collection of physical tools.

Round 3, Pick 70: Andrew Mukuba, SAF, Texas

Safety is a huge position of need for Jacksonville, as the impending loss of Andre Cisco and the subpar play of Darnell Savage have presented a player like Mukuba with the opportunity to compete for a starting role during his rookie season thanks to his tremendous athletic ability.

Mukuba is a bit of a tweener, as many wonder if he has the frame to stick at safety in the NFL. Without blazing speed, Mukuba should become a Day 2 pick. That's a perfect spot for Coen and the Jaguars to pounce on a player who was incredibly productive when matched against NFL-caliber athletes.

Round 3, Pick 88: Zy Alexander, CB, LSU

Jacksonville needs multiple defensive backs, specifically at the cornerback spot due to the lack of depth around Tyson Campbell. Ball skills are what will get Alexander noticed, as the lanky 6-2 corner intercepted 13 passes during his final four seasons with both LSU and FCS Southeastern Louisiana.

Alexander can get beat if he is unable to jam receivers at the line of scrimmage, but he's the type of player Jacksonville should feel comfortable taking a chance on. Campbell, Jarrian Jones, Mukuba, and Alexander could form the core of a very strong secondary.
