The NFL has at last dropped the schedule for the 2026 season. The Jacksonville Jaguars had already learned who their opponents would be since the end of 2025 but now know when they'll face each one of them.
Keep in mind that some of the dates had already been leaked, but it wasn't official until the league dropped the announcement. It turns out that most of them are accurate. All things considered, the Jags got a pretty favorable slate.
With this in mind, here's the date for each of their games, home and away, in 2026, and a breakdown of the hand Jacksonville was dealt.
Jacksonville Jaguars schedule for the 2026 season
- Week 1: vs. the Cleveland Browns
- Week 2: @ the Denver Broncos
- Week 3: vs. the New England Patriots
- Week 4: @ the Cincinnati Bengals
- Week 5: vs. the Philadelphia Eagles
- Week 6: vs. the Houston Texans
- Week 7: BYE
- Week 8: vs. the Indianapolis Colts
- Week 9: @ the Baltimore Ravens (primetime)
- Week 10: @the Tennessee Titans
- Week 11: @ the New York Giants
- Week 12: vs. the Tennessee Titans
- Week 13: @ the Chicago Bears
- Week 14: vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers (primetime)
- Week 15: @ the Houston Texans
- Week 16: @ the Dallas Cowboys (primetime)
- Week 17: vs. the Washington Commanders
- Week 18: @ the Indianapolis Colts
As you can see, the Jaguars will have a nice mix of favorable and tough matchups, but something that stands out is that they'll deal with a gauntlet of games from Week 2 to 6, with their only game at EverBank being against the Super Bowl runner-up New England Patriots.
But if Jacksonville manages to get off to a strong start and go 4-2 to start the season, it could make a push for the top seed in the conference. And that's the other thing, the Jags get their BYE relatively early in the season, so they'll need to be ready to navigate the second half of the year, when it starts to take a toll on players.

The NFL gifted the Jaguars with 3 primetimes next season
Success isn't owned. It's borrowed, and you earn it every day. That's what the Jaguars have to remember every day. Because as impressive as their 13-4 record was in 2025, it won't have a bearing on next season. Jacksonville will once again have to prove that it can go toe to toe with the best teams in the league.
The difference is that the Jags will no longer be flying under the radar. Last year, expectations weren't high because Trevor Lawrence was coming off an injury-marred season, and Liam Coen was a first-time head coach. Both of them ended up earning votes for league MVP and Coach of the Year, respectively. Rightly, they were given three primetimes.
That's right, the Jaguars were so good last year that they were awarded three games on national television. They only got one in 2025, and two the season prior. Jacksonville will now need to prove that the NFL got it right.
Every opponent next season will try to prove that the Jaguars' success in 2025 was a fluke. They'll have a golden opportunity to prove them wrong and show them that last year was the start of a new era.
