Jaguars game today: Jaguars vs. Eagles odds, Stream, TV Channel
The Jacksonville Jaguars gained the support of the national media after beating the Indianapolis Colts and the Los Angeles Chargers in consecutive weeks. They will now have the chance to show how good they really are this season when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4.
As good as Jacksonville is, you could make the case that the Eagles are even better. The Jags’ offensive line has done a good job of protecting Trevor Lawrence but they will face a tough test against Philly’s sturdy front seven.
Moreover, the game will be held at Lincoln Financial Field, which will tip the scale in the Eagles’ favor. With that in mind, here’s everything you need to know for the game.
Jaguars Injury Report/Inactives vs. the Eagles in Week 4
GameDay Update: Here’s the list of inactives for today’s game, led by Zay Jones, who was listed as questionable for the game:
- Zay Jones, WR
- Kendric Pryor, WR
- Snoop Conner, RB
- Tyree Gillespie, S
- Montaric Brown, CB
- K’Lavon Chaisson, OLB
- Cole Van Lanen, OL
The Jags listed four players on the final injury report ahead of Sunday. Cornerback Shaquill Griffin (hip), outside linebacker K’Lavon Chaisson (ankle), wide receiver Zay Jones (wide receiver), and offensive lineman Cole Van Lanen (hamstring). All of them got the questionable tag.
Jacksonville announced they ruled out Van Lanen and Chaisson Saturday. Also, they’ve elevated offensive lineman Darryl Williams and linebacker Ty Summers to the active roster. On the other hand, there’s a chance Jones and Griffin will still play. Head coach Doug Pederson was optimistic about Griffin’s chances of playing while Jones might end up being a game-time decision.
On the Eagles’ sideline, slot cornerback Avonte Maddox and running back Boston Scott have been ruled out.
Jaguars Odds and Betting Pick for Week 4 vs. the Eagles
The Jags entered the week as a 6.5-underdog and the line hasn’t moved all week. Their moneyline is set at +230. Bet $100 on them and win $230 for a total payout of $330 if they beat Philly. The Eagles’ moneyline sits at -290. Place a wager of $290 to win $100 for a total payout of $390. The over/under for the game is 45.5 points.
Update: Due to weather conditions (rain), the over/under has been moved to 43.5 points, per Josh Norris of The Underdog Football Show.
The Jaguars were underdogs in each of their last two gains and managed to pull off an upset both times. However, this writer thinks the Eagles will win this one. If you think Jacksonville will win their third game in a row, you should definitely take their moneyline.
