You’ve probably seen all kinds of mock drafts. On Friday you can say you saw it here first! This is how the first round of the NFL draft is going to play out, so pay attention. The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to pick Trevor Lawrence, bet on it. Empty out your bank account and put it all on the Clemson standout at number one. If you bet $100,000 you’re only going to make $3.81, but you’ll win!

With the second pick, the New York Jets are going to pick BYU quarterback Zach Wilson. That same $100,000 will get you seven dollars and a nickel.

The San Francisco 49ers traded up nine spots to get the third overall pick and gave Miami a truckload of more picks. You don’t do that to draft a kicker, so they might be thinking quarterback, but which one? With the top two signal-callers gone, who did they think was going to be available? Justin Fields? Mac Jones? Trey Lance? Ian Book?

There has been a lot of talk about Jones being selected here. However, after Kyle Shanahan watched Trey Lance throw in his second Pro Day last week, some experts think it will be Lance. Then again, nobody really knows what they plan to do, so Lance gets the nod.

The Atlanta Falcons select Kyle Pitts with the fourth overall pick. They get the highly coveted Florida tight end to give quarterback Matt Ryan another playmaker to go along with wide receiver Julio Jones. The offense was good last year and will now be even better.

Cincinnati uses the fifth pick to protect their franchise quarterback, Joe Burrow, by selecting Oregon offensive tackle selecting Penei Sewell.

The Dolphins’ traded down from number three to 12, then a half-hour later, they traded up from number 21 to six. They got a lot of picks from San Francisco to move down but only gave up a couple to Philadelphia to move up. Very smart trading, now what do they do?

The Dolphins use the sixth pick in the draft to get a weapon for Tua Tagovailoa, LSU wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase.
