Four Jacksonville Jaguars most affected by the NFL Draft
By David Levin
Quincy Williams
I don’t see any way that Quincy Williams starts at linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars this season unless injuries mount. And to further that thought, I don’t see him seeing a lot of playing time on the field as long as Shaquille Quarterman is on the roster and plays at the same level in the NFL as he did at the University of Miami.

Quarterman is an all-over-the-field type player and a heavy hitter – someone the Jaguars need on defense. At 6’1 and 241 pounds he brings some intensity the defense needs and might be the most underrated of all the players the Jaguars drafted this past weekend.
Williams was a hit-or-miss kind of player last season when he wasn’t injured. He needs to learn the system better and learn to work in coverage. Also, he is still learning to play up to the speed of the NFL.
Quarterman has the ability to challenge for more playing time immediately once he gets on the field.
