Jaguars vs. Broncos: Predicting the score of Sunday’s game
By David Levin
The Jacksonville Jaguars have a chance to get to .500 with a win over the Denver Broncos this week. Jacksonville will have to win on the road at Mile High Stadium.
Once again, while the continuing saga of Jalen Ramsey hangs over TIAA Bank Field like a weighted blanket the Jaguars cannot get out from under, there is yet another football game to be played this weekend.
The Jaguars travel to face the Denver Broncos, a team winless this season, hoping to knock the wind out of “Minshew Mania” and the dominant defense this team possesses.
The best way for this team to silence the outside noise of Ramsey’s status with the team and whether he has played his last football game in Jacksonville is to go out and win football games. After watching this roster and coaching staff overcome adversity and takedown division rival Tennessee, it’s a good possibility this team can win in spite of their current teammate.

Once again, we here at Black and Teal take a shot at predicting how the game between the Jaguars and Broncos will play out at Mile High Stadium. A win gets the team to 2-2. A loss makes us all rethink whether this group is a playoff contender.
Once again, the staff at Black and Teal makes our fearless predictions about how we think the game will turn out.
Anthony Robertson – Did you know that the Denver Broncos have yet to sack an opposing quarterback? For a team that prides itself on rushing the quarterback that isn’t very good. On the other hand, Joe Flacco is not very good at moving around the pocket. Jacksonville’s defense proves the better unit as the Jaguars defense once again dominates. Final score: Jacksonville 24 Denver 10.
Jess Overby – The Jaguars defense has stepped up the last two games and they aren’t going to let up against an inferior offense. Can the Jaguars’ offensive line start to opening running lanes for Leonard Fournette? Can Gardner Minshew keep from making rookie mistakes? Can the receivers get open and help the running game?
The Jaguars are clearly a better team than the Broncos, but an inconsistent o-line and rookie QB will make this game closer than it should be. Still, the Jaguars win 16-10.
Jennifer Shatzer – Gardner Minshew is hot, I am going to jump into the Mania and give the kid a chance. If our defense can keep up sacking the quarterback, we should easily keep the Broncos corralled in Denver. Duuuval 21 Broncos 7.
David Levin – This one has me a bit befuddled. The Jaguars once again have had too much drama outside the realm of preparing for this football game. Still, the team should be able to beat Denver, even if it is on the road at Mile High Stadium.
Look for the defense to rattle Joe Flacco, but our own offensive line must be leery of Bradley Chubb and Von Miller. This time, it’s the running game’s turn to run the show. A low scoring affair on the road. Take the Jaguars to win, 19-17.
Lorenzino Estrada – Minshew Mania heads to Mile High in what we will an interesting matchup between Gardner Minshew and the Broncos underachieving defense. Broncos head coach Vic Fangio will work up a difficult time for Minshew, but he will receive help from a breakout Leonard Fournette game.
Expect this one to be low-scoring, but Jaguars finally get a win on the other side of the country. 13-10, Jaguars.
Kathy Clark – The Jaguars face the Denver Broncos this Sunday. It is an intriguing game because we rarely see them on TV and haven’t played against them since 2016. They are 0-3 with a stout defense and a troubled offense.
Joe Flacco is their current quarterback and is highly criticized by the Denver fan base. Actually, they haven’t had a good quarterback since Peyton Manning retired. I think the Jaguars will win this game if they can adjust to the mile-high air. Jaguars 17 Broncos 13.
