The Jacksonville Jaguars are hoping to end a six-game losing streak while facing the Buffalo Bills in a matchup of the AFC Wild Card game from last season.

Last week was another heartbreaking loss in what has turned out to be a depressing season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. After letting the Pittsburgh Steelers control the game in the closing moments to come from behind, 20-16, these Jaguars now travel to Buffalo to play the Bills.

The rematch of last season’s AFC Wild Card Game is anything but exciting as both franchises have struggled this season and have a 3-7 record. Something has to give. As Jacksonville comes into this game the favorite, playing in the cold in Buffalo is no easy task.

Hopefully, this team will continue to show improvement and gain some much needed momentum in this six-game stretch run toward the finish line. Can head coach Doug Marrone and this team come out on top this Sunday?

"“The Jaguars have lost six consecutive games. The best they can finish is 9-7 – which means while they’re not technically eliminated from the postseason, players and coaches know discussing the playoffs is pretty pointless”, John Oehser of Jaguars.com points out."

The playoffs may still be within reach, but that would take a Christmas miracle to come true. This is not 1996 and these Jaguars are a beat up football team. That said, we here at Black and Teal weigh in on the game and make our predictions.

Kathy Clark – The Jaguars travel to Buffalo to play the Bills.  Both teams are having disappointing seasons. The weather will be a factor since our Florida teams rarely win in the cold weather.

That being said I am picking the Jaguars to win for no other reason than its time for them to win a game. It will be a defensive battle.  Jaguars 17  Bills 13.

Lorenzino Estrada – Saying this game will be a defensive matchup is an understatement. The Jaguars’ defense will have a nice day with Josh Allen coming off an injury and Leonard Fournette has shown his continued growth as a running back, all good sign for the Jaguars.

Cold weather fits the bill for Jaguars football, Jags win 17-6.

William Frost – Despite the fact the Jaguars are suffering a six-game losing streak heading into today, even they can get a victory over a bills team which might be the worst in the NFL.

Even if we see a repeat of the 2017 wild card game between two sputtering offenses, I fully expect the Jaguars to come out with a win -somehow. Jaguars 20 Bills 9.

David Levin – The mood around the stadium this week has been quiet. The locker room doesn’t have the usual chatter during game week. Losing changes everything. The Jaguars must win this game.

Playing in Buffalo isn’t the easiest thing to do in November. Can the defense once again show improvement? Will the running game and Leonard Fournette control the clock? I say the Jaguars come out and prove there is still some fight left in this roster. Jaguars 19 Bills 0.
