Mock Draft Round One: Cam Robinson Goes At Number Four

The Jacksonville Jaguars will look to solidify the offense in the NFL draft. This mock draft will address needed upgrades.
Any mock draft attempts to guess which hole a team wants to fill. Offensively, the Jacksonville Jaguars have three glaring positions in need of upgrade. Left tackle, tight end, and running back are positions to improve quickly in the draft.
Branden Albert holding out for a new deal may force the Jaguars hand. Mike DiRocco of ESPN.com reports that head coach Doug Marrone has not heard a word from Albert.
"“I have not had any communication with him, which is a surprise,” Marrone said Friday at the Jaguars’ annual pre-draft luncheon. “So I don’t know what his thoughts are going forward. I can’t comment on that.”"
Albert did not attend Jacksonville’s offseason conditioning program in addition to Marcedes Lewis and Corey Grant being absent. Lewis and Grant were dealing with other personal related issues.

Cam Robinson is the first round selection. Robinson is six foot six and weighs 322 pounds. Most of all, he will help the power running game that Marrone hopes to develop. At, Alabama, Robinson started 43 games at left tackle. Consequently, while Albert is seeking a new deal, the Jaguars will draft his replacement.

Mock Draft Second Round: The Jacksonville Jaguars, at number 35, Select…
Evan Engram is the second round pick. Engram is an athletic tight end with speed. He should be the beneficiary of Jacksonville’s passing attack since opponents will be preoccupied with the Jaguar wide receiving corps. At six foot three and 233 pounds, he will be create mismatches with opposing linebackers or safeties trying to cover him.

Samaje Perine is the third round selection. While all thoughts and eyes are on former teammate Joe Mixon, Perine is the power back for Jacksonville. Perine finished as the all time leading rusher in Oklahoma Sooner history. He ran for 427 yards and five touchdowns against Kansas as a freshman! Perine stands five foot eleven and weighs 233 pounds, as a result, makes for the perfect goal line back.
In conclusion, this mock draft is a way to make the Jaguar offense better in 2017. Also, what happens is anyone’s guess; however, most of all, “you gotta believe“!
