Jacksonville Jaguars vs. San Diego Chargers: Preview, TV Coverage and Streams
By Daniel Lago
The Jacksonville Jaguars are favored for the second straight week as they host the San Diego Chargers Sunday afternoon, but they need to play a lot better than they have in the last two weeks to really cement themselves as a playoff contender. With only one game separating the Jaguars from both the top of the AFC South and the final wild card spot, the Jaguars are in a good position to try and crash the postseason

Standing in their way is the
Philip Riversled Chargers, a team that has owned the Jaguars in recent years. In
Blake Bortlesfirst start as a rookie last year, Rivers put on a clinic, throwing for over 300 yards and 3 touchdowns en route to a big Chargers win.
The two teams appear to be going in completely different directions at the moment however, with the Chargers likely moving to Los Angeles next year and their team falling apart thanks to injury and declining play. Rivers has very few weapons on offense now, even if you count his aging and now suddenly disgruntled tight end. Rivers has historically played very well against the Jaguars, but this year he should have a harder time thanks to an improved Jacksonville defense.
If Blake Bortles and the offense can get into a groove early and take advantage of an underwhelming Chargers defense, the Jaguars could set themselves up for a big postseason push heading into the final part of the season.
