Jacksonville Jaguars vs. New York Jets: Preview, TV Coverage and Streams

The Jacksonville Jaguars hit the road this week after their bye and they are hoping to do something they haven’t done in recent years – start a winning streak.

Fresh off a huge, almost disastrous, win in London against the Buffalo Bills, the Jaguars can keep pace with the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts in the laughably bad AFC South if they take care of business against the New York Jets.

Coming off a beating at the hands of the Oakland Raiders, the Jets are trying to find the rhythm they had early in the season that propelled them to a 4-1 record. Starting quarterback

Ryan Fitzpatrick

is going to take the field despite a thumb injury on his non-throwing hand and the Jaguars are hoping that throws him off and gives the Jaguars an advantage defensively.

Second year quarterback Blake Bortles has become a touchdown machine (15 TD passes through 7 games) and he’ll likely need to put up big numbers in this game to give the Jaguars a chance against a stout Jets rushing defense. With Julius Thomas back at full strength, Bortles should have a solid complement of weapons to throw to.
