Beau Allen, DT, Wisconsin:
Even with the outstanding play of Sen’Derrick Marks, the free agent signings of Chris Clemons, Red Bryant, Ziggy Hood and the re-signing of Babin, the Jaguars defensive line is still in need of more depth and more youth. That rings especially true for defensive tackle. Past Marks and Miller, there’s really not much. Enter Beau Allen. Allen is projected as a late round to UDFA signing, but at 6’3 and 325lbs., he’s a big bodied defender that could become a solid rotational player at the one tech. He set school records by playing in 54 games, and he started 26 the last two seasons. He’s never missed a contest. Over his career at Wisconsin, he totaled 94 tackles, 15 TFLs and 8 sacks while blocking two kicks.
