The Jacksonville Jaguars got their first win of the 2024 season against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5. They'll be looking to pull off the sweep when they face them again in the finale. This time though, the game will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The Jaguars are coming off an encouraging win over the Tennessee Titans. They swept their division foes for the second time in two years and will be looking to pull off the same feat against the Colts. However, it may not be a walk in the park. After all, Jacksonville is a five-point underdog and the game will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium, so Indy will have home field advantage.
On the other hand, starting quarterback Anthony Richardson will sit out the game, so the struggling Joe Flacco will be taking his place behind center. Moreover, the Colts just suffered a humiliating loss against the New York Giants in Week 17.
Like their Jaguars counterparts, head coach Shane Steichen and general manager Chris Ballard will enter the game facing uncertainty about their respective jobs.

Jaguars vs. Colts recent outcomes:
The Jags got off the wrong foot in 2024, and it wasn't until they faced the Colts in Week 5 that they got their first win of the season, extending their winning streak at home vs. Indy to 10 games. In fact, the Colts have beaten Jacksonville just three times the past five years.
Then again, Indianapolis leads the all-time series 27-20, so the Jags have their work cut out to catch up with their division foes. In Week 18, they'll have the opportunity to narrow the gap.
