With the NFL Draft in the rearview mirror, everyone is turning their attention to the 2025 schedule. Although the release will be on May 14th, the leaks are already making the rounds on social media. One of them has the Jacksonville Jaguars playing across the seas against an NFL team, general manager James Gladstone, and head coach Liam Coen are well acquainted with.
The Jags will be facing off against the Los Angeles Rams at Wembley Stadium in Week 7, according to Twitter account Schedule Leaks.
Keep in mind that this is just a rumor and hasn't been confirmed yet. That said, the account is mostly devoted to *you guessed it * share scheduled leaks, and if this turns out to be true — there's a strong chance it will — this will be an intriguing matchup.
Coen was the Rams' offensive coordinator in 2021 while Gladstone was a member of their front office for nine seasons. Both landed in Jacksonville after the organization cleaned house earlier this year. It's worth noting that the opponents for 2025 have been set.
Similarly, the Jaguars signed an agreement that allows them to play up to six home games in London over the next three seasons. What's new about the leak is their opponent for 2025 and the Week they would be playing across the pond.
This will be the 14th time the Jaguars play a game overseas. They've been part of the NFL International Series every year since 2013, with the exception of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This has been the only Jaguars-related leak as of this writing. However, more news and official matchups will be revealed in the upcoming days. Some of the league's broadcast partners will announce select games in the upcoming days:

You can frame the Jaguars vs. Rams game as the Liam Coen Bowl
This will be the first time Liam Coen is a head coach in his coaching career. The same is true for James Gladstone, who had never been a general manager before. Both of them come. Surprisingly, their former employer is thrilled that both of them have moved the ranks.
Both head coach Sean McVay and general manager Les Snead speak highly of both Coen and Gladstone. Having said that, they will want to prove that they're better than their proteges, and they'll tentatively have a chance to do it when they face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7.
The Rams went 10-7 and made the playoffs last year. This is noteworthy because they were expected to undergo a rebuild after moving on from several veteran contributors. However, they exceeded expectations in part because they came out of the 2024 draft with an impressive haul that included defensive end Jared Verse, defensive tackle Braden Fiske, running back Blake Corum, and defensive back Kamren Kinchens.
Again, the leak isn't confirmed yet, but facing the Rams would be a great barometer to determine how much improvement the Jaguars will have experienced at that point of the season.
