The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to be relying a lot on their offense to help them win games in 2023. They did in 2022 but they can take big steps even more in 2023 with another year of Trevor Lawrence development.

The running game is really going to help them move the ball. Of course, Travis Etienne is going to be the number one option.

His rookie 2022 season was incredible for him as he managed to have 1100+ yards. The offense would not have been as lethal if it weren't for him.

Now, however, there is a new player there from the 2023 NFL Draft that will help them take a step as a franchise. To go along with Etienne, they drafted Tank Bigsby out of Auburn. He is a great running back that was worthy of a third-round (88th overall) pick.

Tank Bigsby was a very smart selection for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

So far, in his short time with the team, he has been impressive. He looks like someone that is going to make an impact in the NFL right away.

With two running backs that the coach trusts, the offense is going to move a lot better. Etienne and Bigsby will keep each other fresh. They each bring different things to the table as well which is something that Trevor Lawrence will take advantage of.

Bigsby had a great career at Auburn. Predicting that he would be good in the NFL was a smart move by Trent Baalke and his staff. Running backs tend to do well right away in the league and Bigsby is going to be one of those players.

Not only will this help Etienne and Lawrence, but it will also help the receivers and tight ends as well. If the rushing attack is deep, the passing game will open up which is what the Jaguars want.
