Jacksonville Jaguars 2022 Draft Do-Over: Round 6, pick 197 - Isiah Pacheco

So let's say the Jaguars pass on Snoop Conner in the fifth round, they would still draft a running back, right? If that's the course of action they decide on, Isiah Pacheco becomes a solid pickup in Round 6. Although the former Rudgers standout was off to a bit of a slow start to begin the 2022 season, he ended up racking up 170 carries for 830 yards with five touchdowns.

Moreover, Pacheco was a key cog during the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl run, toting the rock 37 times for 197 yards and one touchdown. Although he would have backed up Travis Etienne in Jacksonville, he would have been an upgrade to the Jaguars' rushing attack.

Jacksonville Jaguars 2022 Draft Do-Over: Round 7, pick 222 - Brock Purdy

The Jaguars chose cornerback Montaric Brown in Round 7 after drafting Gregory Jr. in the sixth. The former was the more productive of the two last year but taking Bruck Purdy instead of him at No. 222 would have been a good move.

Nobody thought Purdy was going to become the starting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been the last pick in the draft and earned the Mr. Irrelvant moniker. However, he would have been a solid developmental prospect behind Trevor Lawrence and C.J. Beathard.

It's hard to tell if Purdy will remain the starter for the Niner in 2023 or if he will enjoy sustained success in the league. Nevertheless, there are worse ways to invest a seventh-round pick and San Francisco hit it out of the ballpark when they drafted him last year.
