The Jacksonville Jaguars are on the bye week. They are 6-2 after five straight wins and no losses in the month of October. It has been a good run. There are some quality wins in there too as the Buffalo Bills, New Orleans Saints, and Pittsburgh Steelers are no joke.

Now, following the bye, the Jaguars will face their toughest test yet. They are going to go against the San Francisco 49ers who are considered to be one of the best teams in the NFL right now. That is despite losing their last three games which is absolutely shocking.

Now, the 49ers are going on the bye as well so they will have a chance to reset too. Ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline, they made one of the biggest moves of the day as well. They already have one of the best defenses in the NFL and they just made it even better.

San Francisco, who has elite players all over the field on defense, made a trade to acquire Chase Young from the Washington Commanders. Not long after traded Montez Sweat to the Chicago Bears, Washington unloaded another very good pass rusher.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to face a great San Francisco 49ers team next.

The Jaguars don't have to deal with the 49ers in the playoffs unless it is in the Super Bowl but Young's first game with them will come against the Jaguars. It is going to make for a very good test as Jacksonville will now have to be extra careful when protecting Trevor Lawrence.

Nick Bosa and Chase Young are both high draft picks out of Ohio State and they are both coming hard for quarterbacks. It is going to be fun to watch but it won't be fun for the Jaguars in just over a week from now.

The Jaguars weren't silent on the trade front as they added Ezra Cleveland from the Minnesota Vikings. This is a good add to make sure their offensive line is just a little bit better. Maybe he will help them protect Lawrence from Young and his new team in San Francisco.

There were some good players moved this year and the trade deadline was certainly fun. The Jaguars will be the first team to see how Chase Young fits in on this incredible 49ers defense. It would be nice to see the Jags make it more than a month since San Francisco's last win.
