3. Zay Flowers

Zay Flowers is someone for the Jacksonville Jaguars to think about.

If Jaxon Smith-Njigba were available, the Jaguars would want him. He is the highest-rated wide receiver in the draft coming out of Ohio State. Unfortunately, the Jaguars would have to trade up to select him if they wanted him that badly.

Once Smith-Njigba is taken, there is a chance that a run on wide receivers begins. Quentin Johnston and Jordan Addison might be off the board by the time the Jaguars hit the podium to select. That leaves the fourth-best option in the draft which is Zay Flowers who is still a great player.

Flowers attended Boston University where he had an awesome career. He had lots of receptions and lots of touchdowns which is what teams will mostly be looking for in addition to the physical tools needed to play the position in the NFL.

Flowers is projected to go more in the early portions of the second round but if he is the best wide receiver on the board, you never know what happens late in the first. There could also be a scenario where they trade back and still select him. Anything is possible.

If they draft a player who is a wide receiver, their offense would certainly be taking another step. There is also a chance that there are other positions on their radar so we will see.
