The Jacksonville Jaguars are one of the best teams in the NFL. At 6-2, they are tied for the best record in the AFC. They would love to finish at the top and have a bye-week in the first round of the playoffs.

Of course, the Jaguars are buyers more than they are sellers at the 2023 NFL Trade Deadline. This isn't like the deadline in other sports but there might be a few good pieces moved.

The Jaguars may want to shore up certain positions ahead of the stretch run this season. There are a few teams out there who are clearly sellers at this point.

One of those teams is the Chicago Bears. The Jaguars and Bears could pull off a few different trades that will help each other in different ways. These are the three players that the Jags should be going for if they made a deal with Chicago:

1. Darnell Mooney

Darnell Mooney is someone who can help the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Trevor Lawrence certainly wouldn't be hurt if he were given another good weapon. Darnell Mooney can be that guy if the Jaguars want to make it happen.

He is the number two option in Chicago behind DJ Moore but he'd probably come in and be the three in Jacksonville behind Calvin Ridley and Christian Kirk. With Zay Jones in the mix as well, that wide receiver core would be amongst the best the Jaguars have ever had (if it isn't already).

Chicago very well might be considering a trade involving Mooney if they can get back assets that will help them along. This is something the Jaguars can consider as their offense would instantly be better.
