Jaguars 2024 NFL playoff odds (Jacksonville's postseason chances set as a coin flip)
We're a month into the NFL offseason and sportsbooks have started to release odds for the 2024 season, including the odds for all 32 teams to make (or miss) the playoffs.
The Jacksonville Jaguars let the playoffs slip through their fingers last season. They finished the year on a 1-5 run after starting the season with an 8-3 record. Their Week 18 loss cost them not only the division, but the playoffs as a whole.

Jaguars playoff chances hover at 50%
DraftKings Sportsbook has the Jaguars' odds to make the playoffs set at +100, which is an implied probability of 50%. When you take vig, or the "juice" into consideration, oddsmakers believe the Jags' are slight underdogs to lock up a postseason berth.
One of the strongest arguments for the Jaguars to make the playoffs is they place in the weakest division in the AFC. The Houston Texans have made their claim on the division, but the Jaguars' are the second best team at worst with the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans behind them.
The Jaguars' have already had a busy offseason as well, signing some key players including center Mitch Morse, receiver Gabe Davis, and safety Darnell Savage, and defensive lineman Arik Armstead from the 49ers. They also re-signed Foye Oluokun and placed the franchise tag on Josh Allen.
The Jaguars were the definition of average last season, ranking 15th in the NFL in points per game and 16th in opponent points per game. They need to find a way to separate themselves from the pack. While they've had a strong start to their offseason, there are still moves to be made.
