Snoop Conner, RB

Finally, we come to a fifth-round pick from just a year ago in running back Snoop Conner. The former Mississippi standout had a spot on this roster at one point, but now seems to be more of a practice squad candidate at best.

Jacksonville went out and totally reinvented their running back room this offseason by drafting Tank Bigsby in the third round out of Auburn and signing former Cleveland Browns running back D'Ernest Johnson to go with Travis E'Tienne and JaMycal Hasty, and those four figure to be the top four backs on this roster.

E'Tienne is the starter, of course, who can do it all. But, Bigsby is a bigger back who will offer a nice change of pace and can give Jacksonville a legitimate goal line type back. Johnson is a do-it-all type, more like E'Tienne, and so is Hasty. All together, the Jaguars have tons of depth at running back. That's why Conner is an odd man out.

There is also veteran Qadree Ollison behind Conner who won't be as lucky in the end, too.

Last season as a rookie, Conner carried 12 times for 42 yards in limited action. He did, however, score his first career touchdown in a Week 16 win versus the Houston Texans.
