1. The Jacksonville Jaguars trade K'Lavon Chaisson for Jeff Okudah

It seems like K'Lavon Chaisson's days as a Jaguars could come to an end sooner rather than later. The team's brass has until May 1 to pick up the fifth-year option in his rookie deal. Although they still have some weeks left to make a decision, things don't currently look great for the player known as Swiper.

Chaisson was the 20th overall pick in the 2020 draft. He was expected to join a pass-rush rotation that included Yannick Ngakoue, Calais Campbell, and Josh Allen. However, former general manager Dave Caldwell traded Ngakoue and Campbell before the regular season started and Allen hardly play that year, which increased the pressure on the former LSU Tiger to make an impact.

However, Chaisson failed short in his rookie season, registering just one sack and 19 total tackles. The coaching staff moved him to outside linebacker in 2021 hoping he would be more effective rushing the passer from a standup position. However, the Texas native once again was a non-factor.

Things didn't get much better for Chaisson in Year 3. He saw his playing time decreased and only appeared in 18 percent of the team's defensive snaps. The fact that he missed time with a meniscus injury didn't help matters.

Chaisson is running out of chances in Jacksonville to show he can be a difference-maker. If the team's brass has already seen enough, why not swap him for another 2020 first-round pick that has also underperformed?

Both Jeff Okudah and Chaisson would get a fresh start, which is what they could need to get their respective NFL careers going.
