The Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Dallas Cowboys 28-23 in the preseason opener. They flew to Motor City early this week to take on the Detroit Lions next. Like any other preseason bout, it won't count in the standings but it will give the coaching staff to keep evaluating their roster ahead of cutdown day. Similarly, players will either have a chance to sharpen their skills or compete for a job.

The Lions have already decided they will rest their starters and a handful of key rookies for the game. It will be interesting to see what kind of strategy Jacksonville will employ. Will the starters get extended time? Will those players looking for a roster spot have enough time to make their case?

With this in mind, here's everything you need to know for the Week 2 battle of felines in Detroit, including where to watch it, what time kickoff is, and other options to enjoy it.
