AFC South 2023 NFL Draft Steals - Tennessee Titans: Will Levis

. . QB No.5. Kentucky Wildcats. Will Levis. 34. player. 35

Tennessee Titans had a great draft themselves. Waiting till the second round to move on a quarterback was genius. The guy they wanted with the 11th pick fell to the second round and still found himself in a Titan uniform. Will Levis was a huge draft-day steal for the Titans.

All mock drafts and analyses had Levis as a top-ten pick and the third quarterback off the board. He would have been a reasonable pick with the No. 11 selection. The University of Kentucky quarterback will be right at home in Nashville, and the Titans got their quarterback for the future. Here is some highlight of Levis, you can see why the Titans jumped up in the draft to steal him.

Levis can flick his wrist and still drive the ball vertically, even while off balance. In addition, he shows excellent vision for a mobile quarterback and a velvet touch on deep balls. Kentucky played two different pro-style systems, so Levis learned and thrived in them both. In addition, he is good at reading through progressions.

Levis has the toughness, power, speed, physical tools, football IQ, and intangibles to be a premier quarterback. Of the three new quarterbacks drafted into the AFC South this year, Levis poses the biggest threat to the Jaguars in the coming years.
