Jaguars vs. Colts player prop bets

  • Trevor Lawrence OVER 253.5 passing yards
  • Christian Kirk OVER 4.5 receptions
  • Anthony Richardson to throw an interception -135

Trevor Lawrence OVER 253.5 passing yards

Trevor Lawrence caught fire in the second half of the 2022 season. He averaged 271.7 passing yards per game in November and then 273.5 passing yards per game in December. If he continues that trajectory into Week 1 of the 2023 campaign, he should have no issue going over this total against the Colts.

Indianapolis also struggled to stop the pass at times last season, ranking 19th in opponent yards per play at 6.6.

Christian Kirk OVER 4.5 receptions

Since Calvin Ridley has shown up in Jacksonville, all the talk his been surrounding him. People seem to have forget how good Christian Kirk was last season, hauling in 84 receptions for 1,108 yards and right touchdowns. He also averaged 4.9 catches per game and accumulated 10 combined receptions in his two games against the Colts.

I'll back him to haul in at least five passes on Sunday.

Anthony Richardson to throw an interception -135

Anthony Richardson didn't look great in the preseason, but the Colts announced him as their Week 1 starter regardless. I didn't like what I saw from him at Florida and I don't have high expectations for him this season.

As a result, I'm going to fade him in Week 1 by betting on him to throw at least one interception.
