4. The Jaguars defensive front will get three sacks vs. the Cowboys

One of the biggest questions surrounding the 2023 Jaguars is the depth in their pass rush rotation. While they have a talented tandem in outside linebackers Josh Allen and Travon Walker, who's expected to make a huge leap in Year 2, there isn't someone behind them that can consistently apply pressure up front. Although Jacksonville brought back defensive Dawuane Smoot, he's still recovering from the Achilles tear he suffered last year, so it will be a while before he can contribute.

Thus, this preseason will be crucial for players such as K'Lavon Chaisson, Jordan Smith, and rookie Yasir Abdullah. All of them have the talent but the Jags need one of them to step up. They will all do against the Cowboys and each one of them will register a sack.

3. Gerrit Prince will score twice in Week 1 of the 2023 preseason

Sophomore tight end Gerrit Prince has seen his stock rose since the end of the 2022 season. An undrafted free agent in 2019, the former UAB Blazer spend his rookie season on the Jaguars' practice squad honing his skills. It looks like he made the most of his time, and he was one of the team's standouts in training camp, reaching the end zone several times.

Prince is going to show that training camp was no fluke and will reach the end zone twice against Dallas. Also, he will earn more playing time against the Lions in Week 2.
