The 49ers and Jaguars meet in a battle of likely playoff contenders with each team coming off its respective BYE week.

The 49ers have hit the skids amidst some injuries while the Jaguars are winners of five straight. While you can find more betting information on this game here from our betting expert Iain MacMillian, this is going to target a pair of Jaguars player props, Trevor Lawrence and Calvin Ridley as well as 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy.

Best Prop Bets for 49ers vs. Jaguars in Week 10

  • Calvin Ridley OVER 54.5 Receiving Yards
  • Trevor Lawrence OVER 15.5 Rushing Yards
  • Brock Purdy to Throw an Interception

Calvin Ridley OVER 54.5 Receiving Yards

Ridley's numbers how much of a factor he has been in the Jaguars passing game. He is averaging seven targets per game but only about four grabs as he has been plagued by some bad variance along the sideline by not getting two feet in and such.

The standout wide receiver has still had plenty of success this season, clearing this mark in three of eight games this season and I expect we see the Jaguars attempt to attack through the air against a stout 49ers rush defense, but one that is starting to look vulnerable in the secondary.

Ahead of the BYE week, the 49ers couldn't slow down the Bengals nor the Vikings banged up pass catching group and with an extra week, I'm counting on the Jags offense to have a decent showing and some positive catch regression to come Ridley's way.

Trevor Lawrence OVER 15.5 Rushing Yards

While Lawrence battled some injuries early in the year, he should be fully healthy after the team's BYE, and I expect Lawrence to play a role as a rusher as well as a passer.

This is a fairly low mark for the Jags signal caller, who has gone over this in five of eight games (and a sixth in which he had 15). The 49ers pass rush is elite with Nick Bosa constantly generating pressure and given the stakes of this game, I expect Lawrence to use his legs often in this one.

Brock Purdy to Throw an Interception

We have seen Purdy regress as a passer over the last few weeks and I'm thrilled to get a plus-money price on him to throw an interception. I don't think we are done seeing Purdy fall victim to his poor decisions and throwing INTs.

Purdy has thrown five interceptions on the year, all of them coming in the last five games. This season, Purdy has 14 turnover worthy plays, the same amount of big time throws this season, according to Pro Football Focus.

He will face a Jaguars defense that is tied for second in interceptions on the year and will be looking to pounce on any mistake Purdy makes, and I think the pick is more likely to happen than not, giving me confidence to make this bet.
