1. Cam Robinson is trending toward an exit with the Jaguars

The Jaguars are in an enviable position when it comes to the offensive tackle position. Besides having a couple of capable starters in Cam Robinson and Anton Harrison, 2021 second-round pick Walker Little can line up on either side if needed. While having three starting offensive tackles is a luxury most teams would love to have, they will need to make a tough decision next offseason.

Robinson signed a three-year deal worth $54 million in 2022 but a suspension for violations to the league's performance-enhancing drugs policy this past offseason voided all the guarantees on the contract. He's set to count $21.6 million against the cap in 2024 but releasing him or trading him would free up $17.5 million in cap space.

While Robinson has surged as a leader of the offensive line, several players are in line for an extension. Due to the presence of Walker Little, who's excelled at left tackle when given a chance, the front office could move on from Robinson. Given the demand at the position, there's a chance the Jags could get a solid deal (maybe a third-round pick) if they place him on the trade block.

But even if Jacksonville is unable to trade Robinson, he could still be on his way out. Little has more upside and will be entering the last year of his rookie deal in 2024. Locking him up long-term should be one of the team's top priorities next offseason. By releasing Robinson, they would pave the way for Little to start while creating enough cap space to give him a multi-year extension.
