The draft is approaching fast, and the whole NFL world is buzzing in anticipation. The Jacksonville Jaguars will change the lives of nine young men on April 27th, four of them could come from the prestigious college football program at the University of Alabama.

The Crimson Tide is an NFL pipeline and always has multiple players selected in the first round. Two of their top two prospects in this year's draft, Bryce Young and Will Anderson Jr., will be off the board by the time the Jags are on the clock with the 24th overall pick.

Fortunately, the Jaguars addressed their quarterback and defensive line with the first overall picks in 2021 and 2022, drafting Trevor Lawrence and Travon Walker. But here are four Alabama prospects Jacksonville could target in the draft.

4. Alabama player the Jacksonville Jaguars could draft: Henry To'oTo'o

Henry To'oTo'o's senior year at Alabama was something special. He played 782 snaps for the Crimson Tide, tallying 67 tackles, 24 assists, and 46 stops. In coverage, he allowed a respectable QB rating of 88.4 when targeted. Where he stands out is as a pass rusher. The California native racked up a total of 13 pressures, six hurries, 4 quarterback hits, and three sacks.

One scouting report states To'oTo'o can extend and separate from the blocker to stay pursuit-ready while staying consistent to mirror runner's cuts and lane choices with good discipline against zone read and adequate athleticism in coverage.

To'oTo'o is not a flashy or spectacular draft option, but he is steady and dependable. On top of that, he's an intelligent linebacker with great technique and will produce consistent tackles. The 2022 First-Team All-SEC is the No. 3 linebacker on most big boards and mock drafts have him landing late in the second or early in the third round. Watch this clip and see what the hype on To’oTo’o is.

The Jaguars aren't in dire need of a linebacker but should To'oTo'o be available in Round 3, the Jaguars may want to jump and bolster their linebacker core. Adding To'oTo'o and allowing him to develop and grasp the NFL game will pay dividends in the future.
