The Jacksonville Jaguars trounced the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football, but as meaningful as the win was, they must now set their sights on their Week 6 opponent: The Seattle Seahawks.

For what's seemingly the second time this season, the Jags enter the bout as the favorite (the first was against the Carolina Panthers in the opener). One big reason for having an edge is that the matchup will take place at EverBank Stadium. Couple that with the fact that the Hawks are dealing with a handful of injuries, and it's easy to picture the Jags potentially winning their third game in a row.

That said, the Jaguars are dealing with several injuries of their own. Moreover, they cannot rest on their laurels, and the last thing they want is to get complacent. The good news is that Liam Coen won't let that happen. The first-year head coach is simply too passionate to take the foot off the gas pedal.

Robert Hainsey and Travon Walker popped up on the Jaguars injury report

The Jaguars lost tight end Brenton Strange to a hip injury in the win over the Chiefs. One day later, he was placed on the Injured Reserve list, so he'll miss at least four games. Jacksonville will lean on the trio of Johnny Mundt, Hunter Long, and Quinton Morris to lessen the blow of his absence, while a trade for reinforcements shouldn't be ruled out.

Aside from Strange, center Robert Hainsay also left the contest with a hamstring injury. He wastraining on the sidelines, according to Mia O'Brien of ESPN Radio, while the rest of the team practiced Wednesday. Not surprisingly, he and punter Logan Cooke got a "Did Not Practice" designation for the initial injury report.

On the other hand, Travon Walker (wrist), linebacker Yasir Abdullah (hamstring), wide receiver Dyami Brown (shoulder), running back Bhayshul Tuten (shoulder), safety Eric Murray (neck), right guard Patrick Mekari /knee), offensive tackle Anton Harrison (elbow), backup guard Chuma Edoga (knee), left guard Ezra Cleveland (ankle), and offensive lineman Wyatt Milum (knee) had no restrictions. Below is the full initial injury report for Week 6.

Travon Walker is trending toward returning but may not suit up vs. the Seahawks

Just recently, head coach Liam Coen sounded optimistic about Walker's potential return. While he didn't provide a clear date, he made it sound like the fourth-year pass rusher is trending in the right direction.

"I mean, he had some swelling still in there. So it just wasn't the right time, Coen told the media in regards to Walker's Week 5 absence (4:19 mark). "It was only seven days, whatever it was, seven days out of the surgery. So it wasn't something that any of us felt comfortable, being able to go put them out there last night."

Coen continued, "Not sure what that'll look like this week yet. He was definitely feeling better towards the last night, like towards yesterday. But it just wasn't the right thing to do, putting them in that game so soon. So hopeful for this week, and we'll have to see what that swelling does, and based on when the stitches can come out. I think some of that will help us know what his availability will be for sure."

Ultimately, expect the Jaguars to play it safe. While they'd love to have the former Georgia Bulldog back in the fold, it doesn't make sense to expose him to further injury, so nobody would bat an eye if he returns after the BYE in Week 8.
