With a fourth-quarter stop, the Jacksonville Jaguars kept the Cincinnati Bengals at bay and beat them 22-17 in Week 4. Next on the Jags' schedule is a 2-2 Philadelphia Eagles team that's struggled to get anything going on offense the past two games.

With a win over the Eagles, Jacksonville will be able to extend their winning streak to three and keep widening the gap between them and other teams in the rest of the AFC South. Now, there's no such thing as an easy win, and this could turn out to be a trap game for the Jaguars. That said, they have several things going in their favor, including a less-than-stellar injury report in Philadelphia.

Early in the season, Philly put tight end Dallas Goedert on the Injury Reserve list. He won't be available against Jacksonville but won't be the only key offensive piece who may not suit up. Running back Tank Bigsby also landed on IR and will miss several weeks.

On top of that, Wide receiver DeVonta Smith is also dealing with a hamstring injury, and his availability is in question. Ditto, running back Saquon Barkley, who's week-to-week with a hamstring injury of his own. When you add it all up, the top-ranked Jacksonville defense will have a favorable matchup against the Eagles. With this in mind, here are the odds and the spread for this Week 5 matchup at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Eagles vs. Jaguars odds and spread for Week 5

After winning two in a row, the Jaguars are a 6.5-point favorite with a moneyline of -275, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. Bet $275 on them and win $100 for a total payout of $235 if they beat Philly. The Eagles' Moneyline sits at +240. Place a wager of $100 on them and win $240 if they defeat Jacksonville for a total payout of $340.

The over/under for this one sits at 42.5 points, meaning that bettors don't expect it to be a high-scoring affair.

Bold Brian Thomas Jr. prediction for the Jaguars vs. the Eagles

It's painfully obvious that Brian Thomas Jr. has a drop issue. He had two costly drops against the Denver Broncos in Week 2 and saw a drop-off in playing time the following game as a result. But in the same breath, you can acknowledge that No. 7 has put his head down and is putting in the work to bounce back.

After logging just 23 offensive snaps in Week 3, he had 38 against the Bengals. He even reeled in two catches for 18 yards with a touchdown. That kind of production doesn't precisely pop off the stat sheet but shows that the former LSU Tiger is making an effort to regain the team's trust. He still has a long way to go but most definitely took a step in the right direction in Week 3.

Expect Thomas to build off his solid outing against the Bengals and get a bigger role in Week 5. The Jaguars will use his deep threat capabilities, and he'll end up reeling in seven receptions for 105 yards with one touchdown.
