The Jacksonville Jaguars are coming off their most successful season in years. Understandably, the stakes have been raised for Year 2 of the Liam Coen era. The good news is that the Jags are in a position to rise up to the challenge.
Coen showed in his first season that he's the right coach to lead Jacksonville. Similarly, Trevor Lawrence showed substantial improvement in 2025 and is ready to take the next step next season.
When you factor in that the Jags made several key changes to the roster and the coaching staff, another 10+ win season isn't that far-fetched. This begs the question, just how many games are they guaranteed to win in 2026? These four come to mind.

Week 1 vs. Cleveland Browns
Let's get it out of the way; winning in the NFL is by no means easy, but certain teams have better rosters and have more favorable matchups than others. That's the situation the Jaguars will find themselves in when they play the Cleveland Browns in the season opener.
Sure, Cleveland has several intriguing players in receiver Jerry Jeudy, tight end Harold Fannin Jr., and running back Quinshon Judkins. Having said that, the Browns traded All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett and have no clear answer at quarterback. If that wasn't enough, they have a rookie head coach in Todd Monken.
When you add it all up, the Jags will hand Cleveland its first loss of the Todd Monken era.
Week 8 vs. Indianapolis Colts
There's no such thing as an easy divisional game, but facing Indy at EverBank Stadium is the closest to it. Dating back to 2014, the Colts haven't been able to muster a single win, and it's hard to see them ending the skid.
Sure, Daniel Jones is seemingly back at full strength after suffering a leg injury last year, but his supporting cast, aside from running back Jonathan Taylor, leaves much to be desired. The Indianapolis secondary, on the other hand, has lots of talent, but the front seven doesn't appear to be a threat.
Trevor Lawrence and Jacksonville's high-octane offense should have no trouble tearing the Colts' defense.
Week 10 @ Tennessee Titans
Cam Ward flashed as a rookie and made strides in the offseason. However, he has a long way to go before he proves he's the long-term answer behind center in Nashville. Working in his favor is that the Titans bolstered his arsenal of weapons in the offseason with Carnell Tate and Wan'Dale Robinson. On defense, Tennessee also has lots of talent, with the terrifying duo of Jeffery Simmons and John Franklin-Myers in the mix.
That said, the Jags have the perfect bulletin board for the game. They'll be incentivized to beat their dreaded divisional foe after head coach Robert Saleh suggested that Liam Coen steals signals "legally." Jacksonville will be incentivized to win this one for its coach.
Week 14 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
By Week 14, the Jaguars should be competing for a playoff spot and, ideally, the second or top seed in the conference. Beating the Steelers will only increase their odds. While Pittsburgh has plenty of talent across the roster, it also has several holes.
Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in league history, but his best years are behind him. He's not much more than a solid starter at this stage of his career, and Jacksonville must capitalize on the matchup.
The pass-rush trio of Nick Herwig, Alex Highsmith, and T.J. Watt could give Jacksonville fits. Cam Hayward is still out there, as well, but corner Joey Porter Jr. is in the middle of a contract impasse.
Don't expect the Steelers to just throw in the towel, though; they will give Jacskonville everything they have. However, that may not be enough to come out on top in Week 14.
