The Jacksonville Jaguars have been a mix of dominant football and head-scratching performances in 2022. While they’ve beaten clubs such as the Baltimore Ravens and the Los Angeles Chargers, they’ve also dropped games to teams that had no business winning like the Indianapolis Colts, and the Houston Texans. Yet, the Jags have a shot at qualifying for the postseason for the first time since 2017.

The path to the playoffs won’t be easy though. First, Jacksonville needs to beat the Dallas Cowboys at home. If they don’t, their chances will decrease considerably and will depend on other teams to get in. That’s why the Jags are playing to stay alive. With that in mind, here’s everything you need to know for their Week 15 matchup.

Jaguars vs. Cowboys Injury Report for Week 15

Six players landed on the Jags’ injury report. Trevor Lawrence (toe), Travon Walker (ankle), linebacker Chad Muma (ankle), Darious Williams (abdomen), right guard Brandon Scherff (abdomen), and Andrew Wingard (shoulder). Out of the bunch, Walker might be the only one that won’t suit up against the Cowboys.

Walker is coming off his best game as a rookie and not having him could be a huge hit for the defense. Although he did some individual work Friday, he didn’t practice, so he might miss this one.

Head coach Doug Pederson told the media Williams and Scherff will be ready. On the other hand, Muma has been a limited participant in practice all week long. If he’s good to go, he’ll start. Otherwise, the nod will go to fellow rookie Devin Lloyd. On the bright side, the defense is getting safety Andre Cisco back. With him back in the starting lineup, Wingard will return to his reserve role.

On the Cowboys’ sideline, Pro Bowl offensive tackle Tyron Smith has been activated for the game and could start at right tackle. Tight end Jake Ferguson has been ruled out while defensive lineman Dorance Amstrong Jr. is listed as questionable.
