The Jacksonville Jaguars seemed out of the playoff race following their 27-17 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 10 but they made the most of their Bye and are alive following a win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12.

Next on the Jags’ schedule is a Detroit Lions team that could be getting hot at the right time following a slow start in 2022. But Jacksonville has shown the ability to score this season and should have no trouble doing so against them with an improved Trevor Lawrence leading the way.

In the last three games, Lawrence has completed 76.85 percent of his passes for 815 yards with six touchdowns and no interceptions. He will have a favorable matchup against in Week 13 and with that in mind, here are three prop bets you might like, via WynnBET.

3 enticing prop bets for the Jaguars Week 13 vs. the Lions

3. Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence, 256 passing yards or more (-125)

Both the Jaguars and the Lions can put points on the scoreboard but the latter can’t stop opponents from moving the ball at ease and scoring, so the former should have no trouble racking up points and yards in Week 13.

The Detroit defense ranks 29th in passing yards allowed and Trevor Lawrence is coming off his third 300-yards game of the season. The sophomore quarterback was able to spread the ball against a stingy Ravens defense, so he should be able to go over 255 yards against the Lions.

2. Jaguars RB Travis Etienne, rushing touchdown (-164)

Running back Travis Etienne had to leave the game against the Ravens and his status for Week 13 was in question but head coach Doug Pederson told the local media Friday that he’ll be ready to go Sunday.

Even before exiting, Etienne was having a down game, racking up three yards on two carries. But there’s no reason to believe he will bounce back against Detroit. As stated before, they have the worst defense in the league and rank 32nd in rushing touchdowns allowed, so the former Clemson Tiger should have no trouble reaching the Lions’ end zone at least once.

Etienne’s odds of scoring once sit at -164. It won’t give you a big payout but it’s a safe one. On the other hand, if you think he can find the end zone twice, you can pick him to do so at +340.

1. Jaguars WR Christian Kirk, over 65 yards (-125)

Wide receiver Zay Jones had a career game against the Ravens, hauling in 11 receptions for 145 yards, but Christian Kirk remains the top target in the Jaguars’ passing attack.

In Week 14, the former Arizona Cardinal caught just four passes for 46 yards but he tallied 105 yards on nine catches the game before, so there’s no reason to think he will get close or will even surpass the 100-yard mark against a porous Lions’ pass defense.

Another prop worth keeping an eye on is Kirk scoring a touchdown anytime at +135. He’s scored in six games this season and might be the best bet when it comes to a Jaguars receiver taking a trip to the end zone.
