The Jacksonville Jaguars will be welcoming the Cleveland Browns in Week 1 of the 2022 NFL preseason. They’re looking for their first win of the year after falling to the Raiders 27-11 last week.

The league reduced its number of preseason games from four to three last year. However, the Jags faced off against the Raiders in the Hall-of-Fame week, giving them an extra matchup in 2022. With that in mind, here’s everything you need to know for the game today, including the injury report, where to watch it, a live stream, and the odds.

Jaguars Injury Report vs. Browns Preseason Week 1

There isn’t an official injury report for the game but Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson mentioned during the days preceding the game that running back James Robinson won’t be suiting up for the game. The former Illinois State Redbird is still recovering from the torn Achilles he suffered late in the 2021 season. Although he’s already partaking in team drills he’s not ready to return yet.

Pederson also said that Trevor Lawrence and running back Travis Etienne will start. However, don’t expect them to play more than a few series.

Other players that won’t be playing against the Browns are Laviska Shenault (hamstring), rookie linebacker Devin Lloyd (hamstring), and wide receiver Christian Kirk, who rolled his ankle Monday but doesn’t seem to be anything serious.

Jaguars Odds and Betting Pick for Preseason Week 1

Even though the game will be at TIAA Bank Field, the Jaguars are a 1.0-point underdog, with a moneyline of +105, according to WynnBET. Bet $100 on them to win $105 if they beat Cleveland for a total payout of $205.

Meanwhile, the Browns’ moneyline is set at -125. To win $100, you must place a wager of $125. The over/under is set at 33 points.

What channel will the Jaguars’ game be on Friday?

The game will be shown on FOX30 and will start at 7:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. PT. Brian Sexton and Bucky Brooks will provide live commentary while Brent Martineau will be assigned to the sidelines. You can also listen to it on 1010 XL AM/92.5 FM.
