A head coach in the NFL is akin to a  general manager music industry, as they both have to put everyone in a position to succeed and make sure everything is running smoothly. A great one will help you succeed and the wrong one will hold you back. Urban Meyer fits the latter category, as the Jacksonville Jaguars are 2-11 and coming off one of the worst losses in franchise history.

The Jags faced off against the Tennessee Titans in Week 14, and the game was somewhat competitive in the first half, trailing only by ten points. However, it all changed in the third quarter, when the Titans went on to score ten more points and Jacksonville was kept scoreless for the first time since 2009.

Looking back, there are many reasons the Jaguars couldn’t muster a single point. They couldn’t get the running game going, the offensive line couldn’t block nor open running lanes and the Titans’ defensive front often pressured quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

Things got so bad that even Titans safety Kevin Byard laughed and felt bad at how comically inept the Jaguars’ offense was. You know you have hit the rock bottom when even you’re opponent is emphatic towards you.

Moving forward, there’s nowhere to go but up for the Jaguars. Then again, it looked like they couldn’t get worse after their 37-7 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13 only to outdo themselves and have an even worse performance against the Titans. Here are the studs and the duds from the game.
