One of the reasons for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ offensive struggles is their success or lack of thereof on third downs. They have ranked near the cellar in third-down conversion but they had a 56.2 completion rate against the Atlanta Flacons.

If the Jags can have that kind of efficiency against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13, they will have a fighting chance and the opportunity to end a three-game losing streak. Here are three player props you may be interested for the game.

Jaguars vs. Rams best player props in Week 13.

1. James Robinson, anytime scorer, (+125).

Even though running back James Robinson has been dealing with a heel injury since Week 8, he’s been one of the Jaguars’ most consistent players when it comes to finding the red zone this season. The Ram’s defense ranks ninth in rushing yards allowed but 27th in rushing touchdowns given up.

Meanwhile, Robinson has scored in six of the ten games he’s played in 2021. This is one of the safest bets you can make in Week 13. Bet $100 and win $125 for a total payout of $225. You can up the ante and take him to score first. The odds are set at +900. However, there may be another player who has an even better return.

2. Tavon Austin, first touchdown scorer (+4000).

Wide receiver Tavon Austin joined the Jaguars during training camp. At the time, it looked like a depth signing but he made the final 53-man roster. He was then placed on the Injured Reserve list and made his debut with the Black and Teal debut in Week 4. Although he played in 18 percent of the Jaguars’ offensive snaps in Week 12, he scored their lone receiving touchdown.

Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell recently praised Austin, who should get more chances to score against the Rams. This is far from a safe bet but could turn out to be a rewarding one.

3. Trevor Lawrence, over 20.5 completions (-105).

Early this year, taking Trevor Lawrence to throw over two touchdowns was a good bet. However, the former Clemson Tiger has failed to throw for more than one since the season opener, when he had three passing touchdowns. His odds of throwing two against the Rams are +200 but it’s a long shot. Instead, there’s a safer bet: The rookie passer completing 21 passes.

Even though the Jaguars will try to run the ball as much as possible, there’s a good chance they will throw more than they would like to in Week 13. This means that Lawrence should have no trouble getting to 21 completions. All things considered, this may be one of the safest bets Sunday.
