The Jacksonville Jaguars have done a good job of adding talent this offseason, but if you could poach any player from their fellow AFC South teams, who would it be?

The Jags were dreadful last season and they knew it. Losing 15 consecutive games last year was just a symptom of a bigger problem, as they only had one winning season in the 2010s. The organization was aware half measures were not going to work so they moved on from long-time general manager David Caldwell and promoted Trent Baalke to take his place. Moreover, Jacksonville hired Urban Meyer to oversee the rebuild.

Injuries exposed the Jaguars’ lack of depth last season, so Caldwell and Baalke have spent the offseason refurnishing the roster. They also brought in something the team hasn’t had, a franchise quarterback. That’s right, Jacksonville took Trevor Lawrence with the top pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He should be the long-term answer at the solution but he wasn’t the only building block the Jaguars acquired in the selection meeting.

They added an offensive tackle with the potential to start in Walker Little. Also, they drafted running back Travis Etienne, who can give another dimension to the passing game, and Andre Cisco, who should compete for a role in the secondary. All these young players should help the Jaguars win some games in 2021, but they still have plenty of work to do before they turn into perennial playoff contenders.

If the Jaguars could somehow add a player from each AFC South team, these three would get the nod. Just keep in mind this is a fun exercise and there’s no way Jacksonville can land any of these playmakers:
