The Jacksonville Jaguars could look to UCF for safety and cornerback prospects.

The Jacksonville Jaguars were one of the most active NFL teams in free agency, making sure they added depth and a few enticing playmakers in the process, which is the opposite of what they did last season when their two main offseason acquisitions were linebacker Joe Schobert and tight end Tyler Eifert, who is no longer with the team.

The Jags made sure they addressed most needs in the offseason other than quarterback but it’s a given they will take Trevor Lawrence with the first overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. They even bolster their linebacker corps by signing Damien Wilson. On the other hand, this Jacksonville can’t afford to take the foot off the gas yet and need to keep adding talent in the selection meeting.

After all, it takes a big amount of effort — or a dearth of talent — to secure the top pick in the draft and that’s precisely what the Jags did last season. Although they already revamped their secondary this offseason, they could still add another safety or a cornerback in the draft, and if they are interested, the University of Central Florida will offer a few appealing prospects.

UCF recently held their Pro Day and the trio put their skills on display. Here’s a look at what they all bring to the table and where the Jags should target them.
