Taylor Moton can fortify the Jacksonville Jaguars’ offensive line.

The Jaguars’ offensive line was inconsistent as a whole last season and allowed 44 sacks. Right tackle Jawaan Taylor took a step back in 2020 after having a solid rookie season. While he could get back on track the team could also bring in someone to take his place.

The draft will offer plenty of offensive tackle prospects in its early rounds and the ‘Jags’ could target someone like Kelvin Beachum in free agency. On the other hand, if they feel like investing in the right tackle position, they need to target Taylor Moton, who is set to become a free agent.

There will likely be plenty of demand for Moton’s services in the open market, as he’s one of the best right tackles in the league. Although he will probably command retail compensation for his services, he’s worth the investment. Last season, the former second-round selection played on every single snap on offense and allowed just three sacks.

Moreover, the Michigan native earned an 81.2 Pro Football Focus grade, the 13th-best among offensive tackles. The ‘Jags’ have other more pressing needs but Moton could help them solve their offensive line woes.
