The Jacksonville Jaguars should look at the 49ers’ roster for talent.

The Jacksonville Jaguars haven’t made an official announcement, but it seems like Trent Baalke is going to be their general manager permanently after holding the job on an interim basis at the end of the 2020 season. Once the hiring is official, he will work in conjunction with head coach Urban Meyer and prepare for the offseason if they haven’t already.

Before the Jaguars’ brass can fully focus on the draft, they will first need to decide which players they’re going to re-sign and which ones they’re going to let walk in free agency. Once that’s taken care of, they will take a look at the open market and target players that could contribute in 2020. In particular, they should scout the San Francisco 49ers’ roster.

Some of the players that were part of their Super Bowl 54 are set to become free agents and could get plenty of attention in the open market. This Jacksonville team projected to have $73 million in cap space, per Over the Cap and should have no problems targeting whichever player they feel could help them improve in 2021. Here are three 49ers pending free agents the ‘Jags’ should target this offseason.
