The Jacksonville Jaguars are ready to make noise in 2021.

Before the Jacksonville Jaguars hired Urban Meyer as their head coach, they had the most desirable head-coaching opening in the NFL due to their abundance of cap space and the fact they have the first overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft. They are now trending and have the potential to make some noise in AFC South if they make the right moves this offseason.

The ‘Jags’ are projected to have $73 million to spend in free agency and will be able to add a few playmakers in the offseason. There will be some enticing options within the division, and this Jacksonville team should focus its attention on a few Indianapolis Colts that are set to hit the open market.

The Colts, just like the ‘Jags’, have plenty of cap space and may be able to retain their pending free agents. However, they may opt to bring some of them in an effort to bring in contributors via the draft and the open market itself. Their top two quarterbacks in 2020, Philip Rivers and Jacoby Brissett are set to become free agents, so whatever they do at quarterback will likely dictate their moves in free agency.

In the meantime, the Jaguars’ brass should be scouting these three Indianapolis players in case they become free agents.
