10 Jacksonville Jaguars that must shine in the season finale
The Jacksonville Jaguars’ front seven has to play at a high level.
5. Doug Costin, defensive tackle
Just like pretty much every other player on the Jaguars’ roster, rookie defensive tackle Doug Costin will likely want to end the season on a high note and perform well enough for the team’s next front office to notice.
Costin has started eight games this season, logging 31 total tackles, two pass deflections, and played on 40 percent of the team’s total snaps on defense. This season, he’s earned a 68.2 Pro Football Focus overall grade.
4. Myles Jack, linebacker
Even though the Jaguars have managed to win just one game in the 2020 season, fifth-year veteran Myles Jack has played at a high level week in and week out. This season, he’s registered 82 total tackles, one interception, and one forced fumble.
Had the Jaguars had a better record this season, Jack might’ve made the Pro Bowl. On the bright side, he has a 70.8 PFF grade and is their 12th-best ranked linebacker. Moreover, he was named Second-Team in their All-Pro team.
