The Jacksonville Jaguars must get their wide receiver corps involved.

After having a breakout season in 2019, wide receiver DJ Chark hasn’t the same kind of impact this season. He’s only had more than 100 receiving yards in one game in 2020 and has been held to less than 50 in the four games.

Chark has still played at a high level, but the Jaguars haven’t been able to get him involved in the passing game. Now that quarterback Gardner Minshew II is back in the starting lineup, things could change as it seemed like Chark had a better rapport with him than with rookie Jake Luton or veteran Mike Glennon.

. . . Laviska Shenault, wide receiver. 3. player. 52

Just like pretty much every other receiver on the Jaguars roster, Laviska Shenault Jr’s production this season has been affected by the inconsistency surrounding the quarterback position. The Colorado standout hasn’t had more than 50 yards receiving since Week 5 when hauled seven receptions for 79 yards.

It’s uncertain if running James Robinson will suit up Sunday, and if he does he may be in a pitch count. Either way, Shenaul could have a big role in the running game. His 17 carries are the second-most carries on the team this season.
