This is going to be a tough one for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ defense.

However, you look at it, the Jacksonville Jaguars will have a tough time beating the Green Bay Packers in Week 10. While the ‘Jags’ have lost seven straight games, the Packers currently hold a 6-2 record and are at the top of the AFC North.

On the bright side, the Jaguars have a few things going for them. Rookie quarterback Jake Luton showed last week that he belongs in the NFL. He went 26-of-38 for 304 yards, one passing touchdown, and one rushing touchdown in Week 9.

The problem with that is that the Packers have an even better quarterback. You might’ve heard of him, his name is Aaron Rodgers, and he has been one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL this past decade. To make matters worse, he throws passes to the most dominant receiver right now, Davante Adams.

The Fresno State standout has hauled in 53 receptions for 675 yards and eight touchdowns. Moreover, he’s leading the league with 112 receiving yards per game. It’s too early to start talking about All-Pro designations, but Adams should get plenty of votes.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars defense has struggled this season and has had a hard time stopping the Packers offense. If the unit wants to make a stand, it will need its young players to step up. Defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton and linebacker Myles Jack will have to keep playing at a high level. Also, edge defender Josh Allen will have to regain his Pro Bowl form and cornerback C.J. Henderson will have to put his past mistakes behind.

It won’t be impossible for the Jaguars to pull an upset, but it will definitely be a daunting task. If they want to beat the Packers, they will have to keep an eye on these 4 offensive players.
