Mike Kafka

There is a reason Patrick Mahomes is the best quarterback in the NFL. Eric Bienemy, the Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive coordinator gets a lot of the credit, but Mike Kafka, the team’s quarterback coach deserves plenty of attention as well. The new contract Mahomes signed is proof these coaches are getting the best out of their quarterback.

Kafka could be an under-the-radar player in finding new blood for this franchise. While it has been the norm to bring back coaches who have experience maybe the Jaguars find someone who is an upgrade with the same kind of offensive game plan that works for the Chiefs.

They won a Super Bowl this past season, so they must be doing something right, Bienemy’s name will float around several organizations this offseason. Kafka might be the one that helps set this franchise straight.
