Which members of the Jacksonville Jaguars are most affected by the NFL Draft coming up next week?

There are going to be plenty of changes to the Jacksonville Jaguars roster once the NFL Draft is complete and veterans are competing for jobs once training camp starts.

With many players who were recognized as leaders on the team jettisoned somewhere else for the 2020 season, now more than ever is the Draft important to add depth across the board and provide competition for the coaching staff to evaluate.

That was what was discussed by general manager David Caldwell and head coach Doug Marrone when they met the media on Thursday through Zoom.

The times in Jacksonville, they are a changing.

There are at least four positions on the roster which need immediate help and potential starters. A case can be made that depth is needed everywhere. And improved play with more consistency will be one of the many mantras this organization will use for motivation through the hot summer months.

If Caldwell and Marrone can find the right elixir with all the distractions this offseason and player movement, he could find himself running the show for the NFL Draft in 2021. For now, let’s concentrate on the events of this week and how the team plans to improve the roster.

With these changes, veterans will be affected by who the front office brings in. Here are three players who could be most affected by the NFL Draft.
