After parting ways with offensive coordinator John DeFilippo the Jacksonville Jaguars are in the hunt for a new offensive coordinator.

The Jaguars have recently made the decision to part ways with last seasons offensive coordinator John DeFilippo after one season. The offense this year went through many ups and downs, but ultimately struggled with finding any consistency. Jacksonville will hope that a new offensive coordinator will help solve any of those issues.

Here are the five coaches that should make very interesting candidates. Some are more established while others may still be looking to make a name for themselves in the NFL. Each coach has different reasons as to why they fit the Jaguars and why they will want to coach for Jacksonville.
