Coming off a bye, the Jaguars find themselves in a must-win game against the Colts. Here are the four players to watch in this game.

Bye weeks are a great opportunity for players to rest and recover from any bumps and bruises that they have obtained during the season. They also allow for teams to regroup, reevaluate, and make necessary changes to help improve the team. The Jaguars have made some big changes, most notably one that isn’t truly needed but one that does have a bit of controversy behind it.

That change obviously is the decision to go with Nick Foles at quarterback instead of the rookie Gardner Minshew. In this circumstance, the Jaguars didn’t need to make a change but they felt as though Foles’ veteran leadership and experience would help the Jaguars make a push for the playoffs.

Minshew played well during his time as the starter and probably has convinced a lot of people that he is the future quarterback of the Jaguars franchise.

This week against the Colts there are many interesting matchups. There are big opportunities for players to have big games. The four players that are going to be keys this week are all players who will also serve in key roles in the team making any type of playoff run.
