Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Seattle Seahawks: Keep Your Enemies Close – 5 Questions with 12th Man Rising
By Daniel Lago
3. Who’s one player on the Seahawks that has played well this year but is flying a little bit under the radar?
"Frank Clark. If not for Michael Bennett and Cliff Avril (and Bobby Wagner and Earl Thomas and Richard Sherman), a lot more people would know about defensive end Clark. Against Philadelphia, Clark had eight quarterback pressures, two sacks and three tackles for loss. Clark will be in Seattle for a long time and is the next generation once Bennett is gone. If Clark is on his game, he is not blockable."
My take:
Yikes. That’s a big concern because the Jaguars offensive line has had some issues over the last several weeks. Second round pick Cam Robinson started the year off solid but his play has degraded significantly and good pass rusher have given him fits. If the Jaguars don’t provide Cam some help (and Jermey Parnell on the right side too for that matter), Bortles is going to be running for his life.
